The present dish is inspired by a piece unique white gold pocket watch with miniature painted enamel on the case back and dial, the subject inspired by a painting from the personal collection of Philippe Stern. The watch has made to commemorate the 175th anniversary of Patek Philippe in 2014, and it is now part of the Patek Philippe Museum collection.
