Lot Essay

In production between 1950 and the late 1960s, reference 2509 is the twin of its contemporary reference 2508. The difference among the two models is that 08 has sweep center seconds, while 09 has subsidiary seconds. The current example is from part of the second series for this reference because it features a 12-400 movement and lapped indexes with pearl-engraved outer minutes / seconds scale.
