This Patek Philippe ashtray is from the 2017 collection of ceramics that the company produced. The design is based on a ladies' pendant watch manufactured in 1902. The watch was cased in yellow gold and had a white enamel dial. It was decorated in green enamel with white flowers. The watch featured an anchor escapement and was 27mm in diameter.
Patek Philippe gifts these ashtrays to their VIP clients, so to be able to have the chance to acquire one is quite rare.
