This watch is made from a US 20 dollar coin from 1904. Coin watches were offered by all the great makers such as Patek Philippe, Rolex, Cartier, Piaget, and last but not least Audemars Piguet. Coin watches are interesting because they are actually made from two coins and conceal a watch inside. This particular example is of high quality and the release is hardly noticeable in the coin edge.
