The present Speedmaster reference 145.022 was the first reference to feature the caliber 861 movement, which followed the celebrated caliber 321. This particular example also features a beautiful faded bezel and 1039 flat-link bracelet which is highly-desirable by collectors. This watch has an overall beautiful aesthetic and would be a great addition for a watch collection. Vintage OMEGA Speedmasters such as the present model continue to gain popularity and remain one of the most iconic chronographs produced.
According to the Archives of OMEGA the present watch was manufactured on March 12, 1974 and delivered to the United States of America.

The case and bracelet are in good condition with scratches. The case appears to be unpolished. The bracelet has stretch. The dial, hands, and crown appear to be original. The hands have developed patina and are missing white paint towards the center. The luminescent material in the hands and on the dial have darkened and developed patina. The luminescent hour markers on the dial have some lume loss. The bottom chronograph pusher is missing metal around the top edge. The bezel has faded. The bezel has scratches, nicks along the edge, and is chipped. The crystal has scratches and is signed with the OMEGA logo in the center. This watch has 516 end links and a 1039 bracelet. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
