The case is in good condition with signs of wear, commensurate with its age and has developed a light patina. The lugs are a later addition in order to transform the pocket watch into a wristwatch. The guilloche case back is in good condition with light signs of wear. The inside case back and cuvet are signed Patek Philippe with the same number. The movement is clean with some scratches to the base plate. The dial appears to have been reprinted and has a hairline crack emanating from the edge of the dial between 2 and 3 o'clock. The hands show signs of age with a light patina. Since the watch was transformed, Patek Philippe cannot issue an Extract from the Archives. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
