Lot Essay
Widely acknowledged as being one of the most varied and unusual modesl created by the Rolex manufacture, the Day-Date was assembled with a wide array of dial types. These included precious stones, lacquered or as we see here, wood.
Highly attractive and rare, the present timepiece features a beautiful wooden dial allied to an 18k gold case of strong proportions. There is a definitive warmth that the dial offers. Further, the day is displayed in Spanish.

The dial and hands are in excellent condition and appear to be original. The day wheel is displayed in Spanish. The bracelet is in good condition with light signs of wear.
