Lot Essay
Known as a transitional Submariner model because of its mix of old and new features, the 16800 was produced from 1978 to 1988. It is a vintage Sub that manages to stand up to the daily rigors of a tool watch. The lume in the hands and on the dial have all evenly aged to a beautiful toasted almond color. While the pricing for these models has not exploded quite like the 1680, 5512, and 5513, the present watch offered as complete offers exceptional value.
