The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The case shows signs of wear along its edges with loss of the gilt coating and there is a nick to the side of the lug at 5 o'clock. The case has developed a patina. The case back is in good condition with scratches. There is a small nick to the bezel at 8 o'clock. The dial has spidering cracks throughout and appears to be original. The hands show signs of age and wear. The movement needs a service to run and wind smoothly. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy.
