Lot Essay

Cabot Watch Company (CWC) was founded in 1972. They produced watches and clocks for all branches of the Ministry Of Defense. CWC is still around today making watches for the M.O.D. and other military contracts. This particular is an early example from the 1970s. This watch features the broad arrow on the dial and on the case back. The broad arrow is a proof mark that the British military used to mark issued items. This is a good opportunity to find an early CWC military chronograph.
