Lot Essay
This Costeau divers watch features a chronograph, day, date, and internal rotating bezel. The pusher at 4 o'clock acts as the reset button for the chronograph and can be used to rotate the inner bezel. This model was made in a limited edition of 2500 pieces and this is number 1265.

The case is in good condition with scratches. The rubber IWC strap shows signs of wear. The 5, 7,and 11 o'clock lugs have light nicks in them. The bezel has nicks around the edge. The dial and hands appear to be original. The dial shows signs of wear and has spotting throughout. The pusher at the 2 o'clock position gets stuck when activated. The pusher at the 4 o'clock position resets the chronograph however it does not rotate the internal bezel. The movement is dirty and we recommend a full service. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
