Lot Essay
Patek Philippe introduced the reference 3919 in 1985 and was in production until 2006. Patek offered this model in yellow, pink, and white gold. This particular example is cased in yellow gold. One distinguishing feature of the 3919 is the hobnail bezel. The 3919 is a modern classic Calatrava great for many occasions.

The case has scratches and few nicks. There is a larger scratch and nick to the case back. The hallmarks are not crisp to the case back. The dial and hands are in good condition and appear to be original. The buckle has developed patina. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
