Lot Essay
The Rolex Daytona is an iconic chronograph. This Daytona features the caliber 4130, which is Rolex's first in-house chronograph movement that debuted in 2000. The present example features a two-tone case with black diamond dial making for a striking aesthetic.

The case is in good condition with scratches. The case back has marks in the center. The case and bracelet appear to be polished. The bracelet has some stretch. The bracelet has light scratches throughout and a nick in the edge of the 4th link. The dial and hands appear to be original and in excellent condition. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
