The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The case has scratches throughout and some light scuffs to the sides of the case. The case has been lightly polished. The numbers are visible between both sets of lugs. The back of the lugs show light signs of wear and evidence of the bracelet. The case back has scratches. The inside of the case back is stamped '1603' and 'I.67' indicating its production in the first quarter of 1967. The case back is earlier than the case of the watch and was likely not born with the watch. The 18k white gold bezel is in good condition with light scratches. The dial and hands are in good condition. The dial appears to have been relumed and all of the plots are intact at the hour markers. The hands appear to be later replacements and have developed patina. The end links are marked '555' and the bracelet '62510H.' The bracelet has scratches and stretch. The crystal has scratches. The date changes as the hands pass midnight. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
