John's Pick
This half-hunter case pendant watch allows the time to be read easily with the case open or closed due to the window on the case front. Another attractive feature is the intricate detail vermicelli engraved to the entire gold case which gives it a textured feel. The cuvette is signed by maker.

The term "Vermicelli" engraving stands for a surface covered completely with small cuts in form of scrolls, curves and others. The decoration on this watch is of outstanding quality and crispness. The extract from the archives confirms that the case originally had a vermicelli finish on the front and back as well as blue hours on the front.
