Lot Essay
This oversized Oriental chronograph features a beautiful grey and black dial with gold accents. This watch has tachymeter and telemeter scales around the edge of the dial. The chronograph features a peculiar configuration where the top pusher starts the chronograph and the bottom stops and resets it. The 38mm case and large lugs give this watch great wrist presence.

The case is in good condition with scratches. The case shows signs of pitting behind all four lugs and in some spots under the case back around the edge. The dial and hands appear to be original and have developed light patina. The movement and dial are signed, "Oriental." The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
