The case is in good condition with scratches and shows signs of wear. The hallmark on the neck of the crown is visible. The dial and hands appear to be original. The enamel dial has no visible cracks, however it does have a chip on the edge of the dial at 6 o'clock. The case back is engraved, "PBB." The dust cover is engraved, " VACHERON & CONSTANTIN GENEVE Presented to Paul B. Belin By The employees of The Scranton Lace Curtain Company in commemoration of his tenth anniversary as manager of the company Scranton, Pa. June 13th 1908." The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
