The design of the Cartier Tank was inspired by the tanks of the WWI Allied Forces. Tank Americaine timepieces display an elongated case with a more pronounced curve than the original Tank model. The design of the case is inspired from American skyscrapers in the 1930s. This particular example features an interesting grey textured dial and large case. It would be suitable on the wrist of a man or lady.
