The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The case is in good condition with few light scratches. The case appears to have been lightly polished. The crown has a small loss of steel in its middle and yellow shows underneath. The back inside of the 7 o'clock lug has small nicks. The case back has an engraving that reads, "MAJETEK VOJENSKE SPRAVY 3172." The inside of the case back has watchmaker's marks. The crystal and bezel rotate and the arrow appears to be relumed. The dial is in good condition and appears to be original. The dial has light scratches and has developed a light patina. The dial reads low on the Geiger. The dial appears to have lost most of its original radium luminous material. The hands have been relumed. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
