The case is in good condition and has scratches and has developed patina. The case and lugs have been polished. The numbers are crisp between the lugs. The bottom of the lugs have scratches. The hallmarks to the back of the lugs at 1, 7, and 11 o'clock are crisp. The case back is in good condition with scratches. The inside of the case is stamped '16500.' The inside of the case back has watchmaker's marks. The bezel has scratches and a small nick near 6 o'clock. The dial and hands are in good condition and appear to be original. The sub-register at 3 o'clock shows light signs of wear. There is a loose hair on the dial near 3 o'clock. The clasp is in good condition with light scratches and a light patina. The clasp is stamped '16518.' The chronograph is working at the time of cataloguing. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
