The case is in very good condition with light scratches and some small nicks. The case retains its original bevels. The numbers are crisp between the lugs. The back of the lugs have scratches. The case back is in great condition with light scratches. The inside of the case back is stamped 'I.71,' indicating its production in the first quarter of 1971. The bezel is in good condition with two small indentations near 11 o'clock. The bezel insert is in good condition with some scratches and small areas of lost paint. The dial and hands are in excellent condition and appear to be original. The luminous material at the hour markers and in the hands matches in color and is a nice toasted almond hue. The end links and bracelet are correct. They are Rolex. The end links are marked '380' and the bracelet '7836.' The bracelet is in good condition with light scratches and little stretch. The chronograph pushers are tight and need to be loosened. The date changes as the hands pass midnight. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
