Lot Essay
Founded in 1875 by Jules Audemars and Edward-August Piguet, the Swiss manufacture known today as Audemars Piguet is part of the rare fine watch-making companies still held by the families of their founding partners. Ref. 25853OR was produced in a limited edition of 50 pieces as part of the Eduard Piguet collection. The present watch (case number E14197) bares number No. 36 and features a fully engraved movement.
