This ship's clock made by J.W. Benson features a chain fusee movement and platform lever. The case was originally set flush into the mount on a ship with only the laurel leaf design visible.

The chain fusee movement is stunning and utilizes a platform lever. J.W. Benson of London was a distinguished clockmaker established in 1749. In the latter half of the 19th century, they held royal warrants for Queen Victoria, the Prince of Wales, the King of Siam, and the King of Denmark.
