The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The case shows signs of wear with scratches and few small nicks and has developed a light patina. The hallmarks are crisp to the outside of the lugs at 5 and 11 o'clock. The hallmark to the back of the lug at 7 o'clock is crisp and the case back has scratches throughout. The hinge for the officer's case back is tight and the inside of it has light scratches. The crown is correct and the bezel shows signs of wear with scratches and some small nicks. The dial and hands are in excellent condition and appear to be original. The dial does not have any visible cracks. The buckle is in good condition with light signs of wear. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
