The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The case is in good condition with light signs of wear and has been lightly polished. The hallmark to the side of the case at 4 o'clock is visible, but slightly rubbed. The side of the case at 9 o'clock has two small nicks. The foot of the lug at 11 o'clock has a small nick, there is small nick to the back of the lug at 7 o'clock, and the back of the lug at 1 o'clock has scratches from the spring bars. The case back is in good condition and appears to have been lightly polished. The dial and hands are in good condition and appear to be original. There are slight signs of wear to the very edge of the dial near 3 o'clock. The hour markers have developed patina, as well as the hands. The buckle in steel is in good condition and newer. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
