The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Note pad: is unused though with very minor surface wear possibly from storage. The ballpoint pen is sealed.
Pen case: is unused though with very fine surface wear to the zipper possibly from storage
Pouch: is unused though with surface scratches to the mirror possibly from storage
