The case is in very good condition for its age and has been lightly polished. It has developed a light patina and has light signs of use. The case features a hidden hinge. The inside of the case back has watchmaker's marks and the '18k' hallmark is partially rubbed. The inside of the dust cover has watchmaker's marks and shows evidence of being polished. The numbers and hallmarks are crisp to it. The movement, case, and dial are signed "Tiffany & Co." The enamel dial is in excellent condition with no visible cracks. The hands are in good condition with signs of age and both appear to be original. The split-second chronograph is working at the time of cataloguing. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
