The case is in good condition with normal signs of wear and has developed a light patina. The case has been lightly polished and the numbers are crisp between the lugs. The back of the lugs have scratches from the spring bars and the hallmarks are crisp to the back of the 1, 7, and 11 o'clock lugs. The case back is in good condition with light signs of wear. The inside case back is stamped '6900' and has watchmaker's marks. The crown is in good condition and the bezel is as well, with light signs of wear. The dial appears to have been relumed. Every lume plot is partially or fully deteriorated, except for 3 o'clock. The hands and coronet have developed a light patina. The luminous material in the hands has darkened with age. The bracelet is marked '8570' and the clasp code corresponds correctly to the watch. The bracelet shows normal signs of wear and has stretch. The date changes as the hands pass midnight. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
