The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The watch is in very good condition with light signs of wear and has been lightly and evenly polished. The numbers are visible between the lugs with signs of the bracelet above and to the backs of the lugs. There is a small nick to the back of the case near 9 o’clock. The inside case back is stamped ‘6242,’ and has watchmaker’s marks. The dial and hands are in good condition and appear to be original. All lume plots are intact with signs of degradation. The hands appear to be relumed and color matched to the lume on the dial. The bracelet is in good condition with some stretch and light signs of wear. The chronograph is working at the time of cataloguing. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
