Lot Essay

This walking stick dates to the late-1800s. This walking stick has no official Austrian markings, however because of the cylinder style movement that was typical for Austrian walking sticks with watches built in, it appears that this particular stick is Austrian. The walking stick has a gilt brass handle and 3.5 inches below the bottom of the handle is a gilt brass band where the walking stick can separate into two pieces.
