ABOUT THE WINE
A family business now in its third generation, Heitz Wine Cellars has lived in the eastern hills of St. Helena, colloquially known as Spring Valley, since 1964. The Heitz family has built an empire of fine wine in the 52 years since then, featuring extremely successful vineyard-designated wines, such as Martha’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, which was designated as one of the Top 12 Wines of the 20th Century by Wine Spectator.

Layla's Pick
Heitz, Martha’s Vineyard is thought to be the first winery to champion a single vineyard designation in the United States. The picturesque vineyard is framed by Eucalyptus trees, which are thought to contribute to the distinctive minty aroma often found in the wine.
