Per’s Pick
Another fantastic effort from the legendary winemaker Philip Togni. Mr. Togni started his career at Chappellet in the 60’s and have become one of the old school producers in the valley. The wines have great structure and finesse, they can be tannic in their youth but once the tannins soften up you are in for a treat. Lovely wines well worth the effort of seeking them out.

ABOUT THE WINE
As a relatively new vineyard established in 2000, the Togni family sought out to create a Margaux style blend with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot on 25 acres. They pride themselves on the "estate bottling" process that limits the entire production process to take place on their property. Every year they grow the only Black Hamburgh grape variety in Napa Valley, only producing one barrel.
