In 1844, William H. McBrayer, a bourbon producer whose name is synonymous with quality established his own distillery on Cedar Brook Run. The Plankington Reserve was a unique bottling created for the Plankington Hotel in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Noah's Pick
This is perhaps the most unique and interesting whisky lot we've ever offered. A two gallon carboy of pre prohibition Bourbon whisky, which was bottled for The Plankinton House Hotel, Milwaukee's grandest hotel at the time. The hand-blown glass carboy comes nestled inside a huge wood and metal case, the like of which I've never seen. Cedar Brook was founded by the legendary distiller, W. H. McBrayer. The liquid shines golden in the glass. I imagine this will enchant the fortunate buyer.
