ABOUT THE WINE
The Castéja family possessed this property from the second half of the 19th century through the first part of the 20th century. It is now managed by Charles Chevallier, general manager at Château Lafite Rothschild. Chateau Duhart-Milon is the only fourth growth in Pauillac in the 1855 classification. Meticulous care is taken in both the vat room and the vineyard; the vat room was completely renovated in 2003 and major projects took place in the vineyard from 1973 to 2001.
