ABOUT THE WINE
Though 19.5 hectares of this Châteauneuf du Pape is red wine grapes, they allocated 1.5 hectares to white wine grapes. They produce three red wines and one white wine without removing the stems and using only natural yeast. These Côte du Rhone's range from Vin de Tables to the limited release of Pegau Inspiration, which only produces 240 magnums a year.
