ABOUT THE WINE
Vincent Girardin, owner of the vineyard, was born in the Cote de Beaune in a winemaking family, so hit heart is close to the land and his vines. Since 2009, he has taken a biodynamic approach to winemaking as well as composting, lack of herbicides or insecticides, wine-harvesting by hand while still using the most modern winemaking equipment. The white wines possess an aromatic purity while the red wines have a balance between richness and elegance.
