    ABOUT THE WINE
    Vincent Girardin, owner of the vineyard, was born in the Côte de Beaune in a winemaking family, so his heart is close to the land and his vines. In 2009 he took a biodynamic approach to winemaking, employing composting, refraining from herbicides or insecticides, and began harvesting by hand while still using the most modern winemaking equipment. The white wines possess an aromatic purity while the red wines have a balance between richness and elegance.
