The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged at the upper corners to the backing board and undulates slightly, most notably surrounding the photographic elements. A few minute spots of adhesive residue are infrequently near the edges of the photographs, in keeping with the artist's working method. Fine linear abrasions are infrequently to the photographs. A few tiny spots of surface variation are to the center right edge of the left photograph, presumably inherent. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
