A BLUE AND WHITE CUP AND SAUCER, A MUSTARD POT AND COVER, AND A SMALL DISH
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
The cup and saucer is decorated with figures on horseback amidst floral springs. The mustard pot is decorated with panels of ladies and flowering plants and applied with a later-added Dutch silver mount, with a silver spoon. The foliate dish is decorated with a central flower head within a stylized ruyi-head border, and the base is inscribed with an apocryphal Wanli mark.
Cup and saucer 2 and 4 in. (5.1 and 10.2 cm.) diam.
Pot and cover 4 ¼ in. (10.8 cm.) across
Dish 4 ¼ in. (10.8 cm.) diam.
