A CIZHOU-TYPE STEM CUP AND A LAMP
JIN-MING DYNASTY (1115-1644)
The cup, Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), is decorated in green and red with floral sprays, the interior painted with a ren character ('endurance'). The lamp, Jin Dynasty (1115-1234), is decorated in brown with leaf motif.
Cup 3 ¼ in. (8.3 cm.) high
Lamp 5 in. (12.7 cm.) diam.
