The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Meiping:
- two large areas of restoration to the mouth rim
- chips to the edge near the base, some of which filled
- shallow chips to foot
- scattered kiln grit adhesions

Pear-shaped vase:
- glaze around the lower body and mouth rim discolored
- two tiny frits to mouth rim
- glaze crawls and kiln grit adhesion to the base
- shallow chips to the foot rim
