The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Cup:
- a few very small nicks to mouth rim
- two tiny chips to the bottom of the foot
Saucer:
- a few very minor miniscule nicks to the edges of the mouth rim and the foot
Ruby-ground bowl:
- broken into five pieces and restuck with a few associated small chips
- probably originally with a cover
