We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
Cup:
- a flat chip and burst glaze bubbles to the mouth rim
- a few kiln grit adhesions and glaze gap to interior
- chip to the foot rim

Saucer:
- three chips to the mouth rim, one with associated hairline crack
- one small burst glaze bubble to the interior

Cup and cover:
- cup with nicks to the mouth rim and a glaze gap to the interior
- cover with one flat chip and an hairline crack to the mouth rim
- both with rubbing and wear to the gilding

Second cup:
- chips to mouth rim
- slightly misfired
- kiln grit adhesions to the foot rim
