AN IRON-RED AND GILT-DECORATED CUP AND SAUCER; TOGETHER WITH A CUP AND COVER AND A CUP
YONGZHENG-QIANLONG PERIOD (1723-1795)
The floriform cup and saucer is decorated with birds alternating with insects. Together with a cup and cover, each decorated with a tiger and an eagle amidst rocks and pine trees, and a cup decorated with a pheasant and peonies.
Cup and saucer 2 ¼ and 3 3/8 in. (5.7 and 8.6 cm.) diam.
Cup and cover 2 5/8 in. (6.7 cm.) diam.
Cup 2 ½ in. (6.4 cm.) diam.
