SIX GREEN, YELLOW, AUBERGINE AND CREAM-GLAZED BISCUIT SWEETMEAT DISHES
KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
The five hexagonal dishes are variously decorated with prunus, a horse and qilins, one pentagonal dish with an auspicious emblem and waves.
Prunus dishes 4 ¾ in. (12.1 cm.) wide
Qilin and lion dishes 5 ½ in. (14 cm.) wide
Emblem dish 4 ½ in. (11.4 cm.) wide
Horse dish 5 in. (12.7 cm.) wide
