We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
First:
- frits and shallow chips to the mouth rim
- minute nicks and kiln grit adhesion to the foot rim and a few minor glaze gaps to the base
- light surface scratches

Second:
- two sections off and restuck on the rim, with associated hairline cracks and radiating into further cracks
- another hairline crack and chips and frits to the mouth rim
- minute nicks and kiln grit adhesion to the foot rim

- shallow chip and minor fritting to the mouth rim
- minor chips and kiln grit adhesion to the foot rim
