TWO FAMILLE ROSE IRON-RED-GROUND CUPS AND SAUCERS AND A FAMILLE ROSE CUP
QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795)
The first cup and saucer is decorated with a lady and two cockerels in the central panel enclosed by shaped panels with flower branches and a bird. The second cup and saucer is decorated with composite flowers and fruits in panels against a prunus-decorated ground. The third cup is decorated with fan-shaped panels enclosing riverscape scenes on the exterior and a cockerel in the interior.
First cup and saucer 2 7/8 and 4 5/8 in (7.3 and 11.7 cm.) diam.
Second cup and saucer 2 ¾ and 4 ¼ in. (7 and 10.8 cm.) diam.
Third cup 2 7/8 in. (7.3 cm.) diam.
