The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
White-ground vase and cover:
- cover is attached to the vase
- restored chip to rim of the cover
- chips to the finial
- hairline crack to the mouth rim
- some discoloration and enamel flakes
- light surface scratches and abrasion
- adhesion residue on the foot

Pink-ground vase and cover:
- gap, chips and flakes to pink enamel
- pink enamel on cover slightly misfired
- light surface scratches
- small chips to foot

Yellow-ground vase:
- restored chip to rim
- minor enamel flakes
- small chips to foot
