The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In stable, decorative condition and ready to hang. The metal with some areas of rubbing and tarnish, and slightly out of shape. Some beads replaced and others lacking. The gilding refreshed. With some foxing to the mirrored glass and some glass possibly replaced. Wired for electricity. Please note that Christie's does not guarantee the working order of electrical items.
