The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The surface is stable and the canvas has been glue relined. There is minor surface dirt present. There is a slight bend in the canvas at the upper right corner. There is minor scuffing at the extreme left and right edges due to frame abrasion. Under UV light inspection, there is retouching at the lower extreme edge to address frame abrasion. There are areas of retouching in the ground including a four inch horizontal line at center left, a two by four inch area in the lower left quadrant, and within the green paint at right. There are a few small areas of retouching in the tree branches.
