The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall good, stable condition. The applied embroidery with some minor scattered lifting and snags. A few small areas of losses to floss revealing ground beneath. The pink velvet ground with some wear including a few splits and losses and general fading as expected with age.

Please note antique textiles exhibit wear, losses, soiling and tears from normal use and repurposing. Some elements are re-pieced together with complimentary or contemporaneous textiles to mend.
